Multiple ovens in the gravure-printing workshop exhaust at about 90°C, making the workshop hot and stuffy in summer.

Challenges

Waste heat is lost to exhaust; summer heat gain is significant and the work environment poor.

Solution

Rotary Heat ExchangerRecovers oven exhaust energy for workshop make-up-air preheating, and combined withDesiccant Rotor Dehumidifierhumidity control.

Results

Workshop temperature dropped about 4℃; AHU load reduced by 12%。
