working principle
The main component of the rotary heat exchanger is a disc-shaped heat storage wheel, which is made of aluminum foil wound into a honeycomb shape as a heat storage body. When working, the fresh air passes through one semicircle of the heat exchanger, and the exhaust air passes through the other semicircle in the opposite direction. Under the action of the power mechanism, the heat storage wheel rotates continuously at a speed of about 10 rpm, and the heat storage body is continuously heated on the high-temperature semicircle side to absorb heat; when it rotates to the low-temperature semicircle side, it is cooled and releases heat. This cycle repeats, and part of the energy (coldness, heat) in the exhaust air is recovered into the fresh air. The surface of the aluminum foil is coated with hygroscopic material to make a full-heat type rotor. The moisture in the airflow enters the hygroscopic coating, and the moisture is released when the rotor reaches another airflow. The achievement of the rotary heat exchanger is to use the exchange of sensible heat and latent heat between the fresh air and the exhaust air to recover energy, so as to save energy and maintain good ventilation. The fresh air can be pre-cooled and dehumidified in summer, and pre-heated and humidified in winter.

Product Features
1. The heat recovery rate is above 81.5%, and the pressure drop after exchange is 200Pa.
2. The rotary heat exchanger has considerable temperature efficiency at 12 rpm and humidity efficiency at about 20 rpm.

7. The unit frame is equipped with a heat-insulating and cold-proof bridge. All metal inside the air handling unit box is isolated from the metal outside by polyurethane foam and specially designed rubber sealing strips, and fits tightly with the panel, with low air leakage rate.
The buckle plate is buckled into the aluminum profile frame, so the corners of the sheet metal are completely isolated from the humid air, so there are no rust spots on the panel.
9. Solid structural design: The unit is connected by aluminum alloy profiles and cast aluminum plug-ins, with high overall strength. At the same time, a square steel frame is designed inside the unit according to different air volumes and air pressures to further enhance the strength of the unit.
10. Polyurethane insulation: The panel is composed of polyurethane foam with a density of 50kg/m3 and extremely low thermal conductivity and two layers of inner and outer steel plates. The standard panel thickness is 25mm, 35mm, and 50mm.
11. Both the fan and motor components have unique vibration reduction devices, and the fan outlet and panel are flexibly connected to minimize the vibration and noise of the unit. 12. The unit box adopts a double-panel structure, with an outer wall thickness of ≥0.5mm, an inner wall thickness of ≥0.6mm, and a panel thickness of 50mm. The box insulation layer adopts flame-retardant polyurethane foam. The inner surface of the unit can be cleaned and disinfected regularly to ensure air quality, while ensuring optimal thermal insulation and vibration reduction. The panel and frame are designed for easy disassembly and assembly.
13. Fin aluminum foil thickness 0.13mm, copper tube ¢15.8×0.5mm, heat transfer coefficient ≥54m2W/℃.
14. The unit is pressure tested more than twice before leaving the factory, with the test pressure at 2.8Mp.
