Due to the structural characteristics of the rotor and the super adsorption capacity of silica gel, the rotor dehumidification has the following characteristics compared with other conventional dehumidification technologies:
(1) Conventional refrigeration dehumidification is limited by the temperature of the refrigerated water.
The dew point of air is generally not lower than 10-15℃. If the evaporation temperature is too low, the condenser may be frosted. The rotary dehumidifier can easily achieve an air dew point of 0-50℃, with strong dehumidification capacity and high efficiency.
(2) In terms of operation, the rotary dehumidifier is significantly better than the liquid absorption dehumidifier with complex system control. The rotary dehumidifier does not cause corrosion, pollution, and the desiccant does not fall off. It can operate for many years without the need to replenish the desiccant.
(3) The equipment is small in size, easy to install, and easy to install in new construction and expansion
and application in technological transformation.
(4) The rotary dehumidifier can be regenerated by electricity, steam, gas and other energy sources, and a variety of regeneration methods can be selected. However, the rotary regeneration energy consumption is relatively large.
(5) The regeneration temperature of the rotor can be precisely controlled, using n-level AC contactor step-by-step control + 1-level thyristor stepless adjustment to save regeneration energy. The humidity of the processed air can be controlled, stabilized and adjusted according to the regeneration energy, which can be integrated with the system control or controlled separately.
(6) The system structure is simple, the impeller runs at a low speed, there are few rotating parts, the mechanical failure rate is low, and the maintenance workload is small.
