Rotary Dehumidifier Selection Guide
1. Understand your own or your customers' actual needs, including the area, height, temperature requirements, humidity requirements, ventilation, number of staff, purification level requirements, etc. of the space that needs to be dried. The combined rotary dehumidifier unit can fully meet the customer's temperature, humidity and purification requirements. You can also use a rotary dehumidifier to control humidity alone.
2. When the temperature is 20-30 degrees and the humidity requirement is below 40%, or when dehumidification is required in a low temperature environment (below 10 degrees), we will choose a rotary dehumidifier. When the humidity requirement is higher than 40%, we can use a refrigerated dehumidifier to meet the requirements.
3. The controllable humidity range of the rotary dehumidifier is in the range of 1%-40%. The lower the humidity requirement, the higher the cost of the rotary dehumidifier and the higher the energy consumption.
4. When using a combined rotary dehumidifier, we need to provide cold ice water to the rotary dehumidifier in summer, and use electric heating, hot water or steam to control the air supply temperature of the unit in winter; we also need to install primary and medium efficiency filters in the unit to meet the purification level requirements; we can also install a humidifier in the unit to meet the constant humidity requirements. Regenerative heating can use electric heating, steam heating or other waste heat.
5. The control of rotary dehumidifiers now generally uses PLC + touch screen, which can realize intelligent control and fault alarm functions.
