Characteristics of steam desalination heat exchanger

1. Energy saving and consumption reduction. The heat exchange of the deoxidizing heat exchanger does not require external force, is relatively energy-saving, and has low operating costs.

2. Stable operation, no moving parts, easy maintenance. Heat exchange is phase change heat transfer in the tube, and the equipment is directly connected to the flue.

3. Zero cross-flow of high and low temperature flue gas. Because we use full welding between the middle orifice plate and the heat pipe. No mixed air, which ensures the effect of degassing.

4. High heat exchange efficiency. The evaporation end and condensation section of the de-whitening heat exchanger are integrated into one device. This prevents heat loss during the heat exchange process. The steam start-up temperature of the working fluid can be designed according to the working conditions to reduce the heat waste in the working fluid. Its heat absorption, heat transfer and heat dissipation performance ensures that the low-temperature flue gas can be heated to a relatively high temperature, and the de-whitening effect is better.

5. Treatment of dust accumulation and dirt: Under the working conditions where the flue gas contains dust and ammonia is relatively high, we add an ash blocker at the entrance of the high-temperature flue gas, and select different soot blowers according to the working conditions. Under the equipment, leave an ash hopper and ash outlet, and leave ash cleaning doors on both sides of the equipment.
