It is suitable for high-airflow and high-humidity conditions and features high heat-exchange efficiency (generally 60%\u201380%) and stable operation. In grain-drying scenarios, it can effectively reduce the load on the hot-blast stove or heat-pump system, shorten the heating-up time, and improve drying efficiency. At the same time, corrosion-resistant materials or anti-mold treatment can be selected according to working conditions to adapt to dusty, moisture-rich environments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"292\" data-end=\"389\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">By configuring a rotary waste-heat recovery system, overall drying energy consumption can be reduced by about 30%, while improving equipment operating stability and grain-quality consistency.
